Qualifications

• Five or more years of direct work experience providing workstation hardware, software or network support.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and server provisioning.
• Ability to document configurations and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Performs system administration and provisioning; manages access and role assignments.
• Installs and configures servers; handles backups and SAN provisioning.
• Administers Active Directory; creates user/service accounts and applies group policies.
• Maintains technical documentation and network topology diagrams.
• Monitors security, incidents and log data; supports service desk tickets.
• Monitors security threats and responds to incidents.
• Responds to Service Desk tickets and provides user access provisioning.
• Plans, organizes, manages and tracks projects.
