Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Network Engineering leader to manage a team supporting a demanding low-latency trading environment. The role blends people leadership with technical strategy to evolve a global network infrastructure for mission-critical financial systems where reliability, speed, and stability are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of Network Engineering experience.
3+ years leading engineering teams or technical staff.
Strong enterprise and data center networking background.
Hands-on network automation experience using Python and APIs.
Experience in financial services or trading environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 6 Network Engineers across the Americas.
Drive network architecture, modernization, and strategic infrastructure projects.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional project meetings.
Partner with security, operations, cloud, and application teams.
Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex networking issues.
Support automation initiatives that improve scalability and operational efficiency.
Help define networking standards, best practices, and future technology direction.
