Responsibilities

Provide professional IT support with a focus on customer service and renewal retention.
Manage internal and external client expectations and SLA adherence.
Follow up to verify final resolution and customer satisfaction.
Lead projects and schedule resources for network initiatives and deployments.
Provide guidance to junior Network Analysts and Systems Administrators.
Support Managed Services operations and trouble tickets as needed.
Collaborate across vendors and technologies (Velocloud SD-WAN, Meraki, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware).
