Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain government-grade networks across design, deployment, and upgrades. You will analyze network specifications, support mission operations, and ensure scalable, low-latency performance.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 12 years of relevant experience (5 years with WhatsUp Gold, NetFlow, and SIGINT tools), a engineering degree or 16 years of experience, and close collaboration with systems engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Design, integrate, deploy, test and provide operational support for network devices and methodologies.
• Optimize end-to-end system performance and manage dataflow between front-end and back-end components.
• Coordinate with systems engineering to ensure mission operations with minimal downtime.
• Facilitate high-speed, scalable, fault-tolerant WAN/LAN topologies.
• Support server requirements including load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, and NAT.
• Minimize latency and maximize throughput using monitoring tools.
• Lead large-scale networking efforts with cross-organizational teams.
• 12 years of experience on similar programs; 5 years with WhatsUp Gold and NetFlow; 5 years with SIGINT tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 16 years of equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
