Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize network systems supporting a distributed software environment. You will analyze network designs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with systems and dataflow teams to ensure reliable, scalable performance for mission-critical operations.

The role emphasizes design analysis, performance monitoring, and proactive optimization to minimize downtime and maximize throughput across WAN/LAN environments.

Qualifications

• Design, integrate, deploy, test, and optimize diverse network devices and interfaces.
• Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow across front- and back-end components.
• Coordinate with systems engineering and dataflow teams to ensure mission operations.
• Implement scalable, fault-tolerant WAN/LAN topologies and secure network contexts.
• Lead networking efforts with cross-organizational teams to resolve complex issues.
• Five or more must-have tools and techniques for network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Analyze network designs, specs, and docs to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, latency, and throughput.
