Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead troubleshooting and optimization across a large enterprise network. You will configure and defend network infrastructure, coordinate incidents, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve availability and security.

The role requires experience with routing, switching, SD-WAN, WLAN, MPLS, VPNs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and Agile practices. Expect high-level collaboration, documentation, and changemanagement across a broad enterprise.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in BAN/LAN/WAN/WLAN and Network Boundary engineering.
• Extensive experience in highly technical network maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and engineering.
• Experience providing Tier III escalation support in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting networks of 16,000+ devices across 450+ locations.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as an escalation backstop across multiple network disciplines.
• Extensive hands-on troubleshooting with routing, switching, SD-WAN, WLAN, MPLS, VPNs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, multicast.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex network issues in a dynamic enterprise environment.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, VLANs, WLANs, firewalls, and sensors.
• Serve as Tier III escalation resource and coordinate with vendors for incident resolution.
• Act as SME and backstop for troubleshooting across multiple network disciplines and teams.
• Apply defense-in-depth principles to secure enterprise network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Engineering Implementation Plans and change tickets.
• Track work in an Agile/SAFe framework using Jira and support Program Increment objectives.
