Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide engineering expertise and operational support for a large-scale enterprise intranet environment at Pearl Harbor, HI. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, configure and secure network infrastructure, and serve as Tier III escalation resource across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates will have DoD/network security knowledge, SAFe/Jira experience, and hands-on proficiency with routing, switching, MPLS, VPNs, OSPF/BGP/EIGRP, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with required years of experience as specified.
• Subject matter expertise in BAN/LAN/WAN/WLAN and Network Boundary engineering.
• Experience providing Tier III escalation for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting networks of 16,000+ devices across 450+ locations.
• SAFe Agile methodologies and Jira familiarity.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III or equivalent certifications and vendor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex network issues.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls, and sensors.
• Serve as Tier III escalation resource and SME for cross-disciplinary troubleshooting.
• Develop Engineering Implementation Plans and manage change tickets.
• Document testing results, risks, and deployment recommendations prior to production.
