Esoftlabs seeks a Network Engineer to support and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across campus, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes high availability, performance, and reliability with a focus on automation and operational excellence.

You will monitor and troubleshoot routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless technologies; collaborate with vendors and service providers; and contribute to incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, BGP/OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS.
Proficient with SD-WAN (Velocloud), Meraki wireless, VPN and WAN connectivity.
F5 Load Balancer experience; familiarity with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, Dynatrace, SolarWinds).

Responsabilités

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across campus, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN.
Perform proactive health checks and use monitoring tools to ensure stability.
Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
Collaborate with vendors, ISPs, and cross-functional teams to address connectivity and service issues.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce outages and MTTR.
Develop automation and scripting to streamline operations.
Participate in on-call support and maintain operational documentation.
