Job summary

Oracle is seeking a network operations professional to lead network lifecycle management for AI and HPC services. Responsibilities include overseeing technical milestones and providing tier-2 support.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of RDMA/RoCE fabrics, automation skills, and experience managing large-scale networks. Competitive salary range from $109,200 to $223,400 per year, plus benefits including insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Lead network lifecycle management programs, define objectives, and manage delivery procedures.
• Organize project technical milestones, coordinate with engineers, and serve as technical SME for cross-functional activities.
• Develop detailed designs from high-level architectures and supervise multiple engineers.
• Serve as Tier-2 escalation point for network events, providing break-fix for large-scale incidents.
• Act as SME for root-cause analysis and develop automation scripts.
• Lead network automation design and delivery projects, applying software-development life-cycle practices.
• Provide technical coaching, guidance, and training to junior staff.
• Collaborate with vendor engineering and product teams to address operational issues and evaluate new hardware.
• Participate in RFQ/RFP development and coordinate communication with PMO.

We are the AI Infrastructure - Network Operations team at OCI. We support and operate the RDMA/RoCE network fabrics for OCI's largest AI and HPC customers. These fabrics are the foundation for OCI’s AI, GPU, and HPC services, enabling major tier‑0 vendors in the generative‑AI industry.
