• Coordinate network maintenance windows with customers and technical teams.
• Configure and prepare networking equipment for production deployment.
• Document incidents, changes, and resolutions within ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex network issues to engineering teams.
• Develop technical/process documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
• Participate in occasional weekend or after-hours maintenance activities.
