Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching environments.
• Support secure network architectures and firewall/VPN implementations.
• Assist with DNS, DHCP, and network security technologies.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and operational health.
• Support vulnerability remediation and network hardening efforts.
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and procedures.
• Support network segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
