Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Network Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for the C2BMC program based in Colorado Springs. You will lead the Networking RMA, own the program schedule, cost estimates, and risk management, and serve as the primary technical authority for network infrastructure across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with 12 years experience; or Master’s with 10 years experience; or 16 years as alternative to degree.
• Current active Top Secret clearance required to start; SCI eligibility may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Networking Resource Managed Area (RMA) and Agile Release Train commitments for network infrastructure.
• Own BOEs, cost proposals, and technical baselines; manage EVM and risk analysis.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing networks workforce; manage staffing and performance.
• Brief senior leadership and customers on status, risks, and opportunities; coordinate with external partners.
