The role demands DoD Top Secret clearance, multi-organizational collaboration, and a track record in advancing business opportunities. You will shape program strategies, drive risk management, and mentor multi‑discipline teams to deliver scope on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 10+ years in engineering or program management.
• Experience with NASIC C4ISR, Electronic Warfare, and Enterprise Services missions.
• Proven business development and capture strategy experience.
• Ability to coordinate across organizations and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Knowledge of software and embedded software development in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception to completion with cost, schedule, and technical performance oversight.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets, work statements, and contract terms with leadership and customers.
• Serve as primary customer contact, leading program reviews on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand product lines with customers.
• Manage subcontractor actions, performance, and risk across programs.
• Develop and deliver presentations to customers and management; monitor milestones.
