Access One, a business technology services and telecommunications provider, seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support complex network environments across multiple client sites in the Chicagoland area. This role emphasizes hands‑on networking, strong customer communication, and timely incident response.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional network engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure support experience.
Experience with MSPs or multi‑client IT environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, deploy, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, switching, and routing environments.
Provide on-site and remote network engineering support for clients in the Chicagoland area.
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
