Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Dallas, TX to lead design, maintenance, and optimization of complex multi-cloud network infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive scalable, secure connectivity aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with Security, Cloud Engineering, and core network teams, apply IaC with Terraform, and define KPI-driven SLAs to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 3+ years in large-scale networking.
• 5 years of experience in large-scale networking environments or related area if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using KPIs to ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop and execute network maintenance plans, including updates, expansions, and fault isolation.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design and optimize network architectures.
• Investigate and resolve complex network issues with cross-team collaboration.
• Establish and review network design KPIs and SLAs for performance goals.
• Guide coding and automation to improve scalability and security.
