Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of network engineering and an advanced certification is required.
• If no bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of network engineering experience with an advanced certification is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
• Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
• Expertise in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
• Advanced skills in monitoring and improving network performance.
• Strong Project Management skills for overseeing network implementations.
• Skills in developing and implementing security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and efficient network architectures.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of network disruptions and implement effective solutions.
