Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage complex system life cycles across converged infrastructure.
• Lead implementation and deployment efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and document hardware platform policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and users to resolve complex technical issues.
• Guide management on capacity planning and performance forecasting.
