Pinnacle Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join a growing IT team supporting a multi-site healthcare organization.

This role blends hands-on network design and implementation with day-to-day infrastructure support, giving the right candidate real input into the technology direction of an enterprise environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise networks across multiple sites.
• CCNA certification required.
• Hands-on design, implementation, and support of network infrastructure (switches/routers/WAPs/firewalls).
• Experience installing/troubleshooting ethernet and voice cabling.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Preferred: CCNP; Bachelor's/Associate's degree; MSP/IT consulting background; CUCM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across sites.
• Monitor logs to identify performance, security, and operational issues.
• Integrate MDM with NAC policies and enterprise wireless authentication.
• Evaluate emerging networking technologies to improve efficiency and security.
• Lead network projects from planning through execution, including cost analysis.
• Troubleshoot network issues with end users and leadership.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans for the network environment.
• Document network infrastructure clearly and up-to-date.
• Apply scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) to streamline tasks.
• Track capacity trends and manage vendor/ISP relationships and SLAs.
