McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer II to ensure stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure across sites nationwide. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, manage security platforms, and provide advanced support for complex issues.

The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, strong planning, and proactive improvement of network operations. Travel to sites and construction trailers is expected as part of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in network administration/engineering.
• Experience with monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise networks on‑prem and cloud (Windows/Linux).
• Experience deploying branch offices with Cisco Meraki and security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup activities for new sites and offices with stakeholders.
• Install, configure, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and WAPs (Cisco Meraki).
• Coordinate ISP services for jobsites and offices nationwide.
• Provide Level 2/3 network support and escalation as needed.
• Maintain configuration/change management and documentation for network infra.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance and outages as required.
• Plan and execute network projects with scope, timelines, and vendors.
