Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting large-scale global enterprise networks (regulated-industry experience preferred).
• Expertise in SD-WAN, OSPF, BGP, cloud/hybrid networking, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong Linux/Windows knowledge and ability to develop automation code and apply AI in infrastructure operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, customer-service, prioritization, and technical judgment skills.

This is a HYBRID position with 3 days per week in our NYC office.

The Communication Services team delivers secure, reliable data & voice connectivity across Franklin Templeton’s global enterprise. In this 24/7 environment, you will work with modern networking technologies, automation, and global infrastructure and application teams to strengthen business-critical services.

Experience, Technical Skills & Qualifications

Work Schedule & Location

• This is a HYBRID position with 3 days per week in our NYC office.
• Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and occasional work outside standard hours is required.
• Travel may be required to support remote markets.
