You will lead initiatives across routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and voice networks while ensuring uptime and compliance. Reporting to the Network Manager, the role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in LAN/WAN/MAN in financial services.
• 7+ years experience with routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF).
• 5+ years VoIP in mixed TDM environments.
• Strong knowledge of VPNs, load balancers, NetScalers, and remote access.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support to maintain uptime for the firm's network.
• Deliver Level 2/3 support across IT teams.
• Support IPC turret systems.
• Design, deploy, and monitor network infrastructure (Cisco).
• Manage VPNs, load balancers, and secure remote access.
• Configure and optimize firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
• Monitor network performance with standard tools (SolarWinds).
• Implement network segmentation and security protocols.
