You will provide 24x7 support, work with Cisco, Palo Alto, and NetScaler, and collaborate with teams on cloud integrations and documentation. Hybrid work in a fast-paced financial setting is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in LAN / WAN / MAN management in fast-paced financial services.
• 7+ years configuring Cisco switches/routers (IOS XE, IOS XR and Nexus OS).
• 7+ years experience with routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VPC.
• 7+ years Cisco firewall experience (ASA/FTD) and Palo Alto.
• 5+ years in VoIP in mixed TDM.
• Experience with VPNs, load balancers and secure remote access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support to maintain continuous uptime for the firm’s network.
• Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco devices).
• Manage VPNs, load balancers (NetScaler) and secure remote access.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate network solutions with Azure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Perform moves/adds/changes for infrastructure and support UC services.
