Pearce Services is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, campus, and branch environments. You will lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers in a global operations context.

The role is hybrid with two days per week at the Dallas-area office; relocation is not offered. A strong background in Cisco/Juniper, cloud networking, and security is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise network engineering and infra operations.
• Expert with Cisco/Juniper data center tech incl. ACI/Nexus/Catalyst/ASR/ISR and Juniper Mist.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN and security architecture.
• SDWAN/WAN, cloud networking, and enterprise segmentation experience.
• Azure/AWS/GCP networking knowledge in hybrid-cloud setups.
• Experience with Cisco ISE, NAC, wireless networks, F5 load balancing, and monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering; CCNP/CCIE or Azure/AWS certs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, campus, and branch.
• Support cloud networking across Azure, AWS, and GCP including security and hybrid connectivity.
• Configure routing and switching using BGP/OSPF/EIGRP; manage NAC and 802.1X.
• Deploy Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS and Zero Trust architectures.
• Engineer NAC with Cisco ISE and Forescout; manage wireless L2/L3 security.
• Configure F5 LTM/GTM/APM for app delivery and reliability.
• Lead projects, document standards, mentor juniors, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Participate in incident/change/capacity planning and tech lifecycle management.
