Job summary

Pearce Services is a technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for critical infrastructure across North America. The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure, including data center, cloud, campus, and branch environments, with focus on security and reliability.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong Cisco/Juniper expertise, and a drive to lead complex networking initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure operations.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, Azure Network Engineer, AWS Advanced Networking, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, campus, and branch environments.
• Engineer and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions utilizing Cisco ISE, Forescout, and 802.1X for segmentation and policy enforcement.
• Monitor network performance and capacity using NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog, IP SLA, and packet capture tools.
• Lead infrastructure projects from design through implementation, coordinating with managers, vendors, security teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop automation and scripting to streamline provisioning, monitoring, configuration, and operations.
