Job summary

Pearce Services in Dallas is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure supporting data centers, cloud, campus, and branch environments. You will lead complex initiatives ensuring high availability and security in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise networking, deep Cisco/Juniper expertise, and experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure operations.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco and Juniper routing, switching, and data center technologies including Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, ASR, ISR, and Juniper Mist.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, IPS/IDS technologies, VPN solutions, and network security architecture.
• Experience designing and supporting SDWAN, WAN, cloud networking, and enterprise segmentation solutions.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP networking services and hybrid-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, campus, and branch environments.
• Configure and maintain routing/switching using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and related protocols.
• Deploy and manage NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Forescout) and 802.1X authentication.
• Manage wireless infrastructure and security for enterprise environments.
• Configure F5 load balancers and ensure application availability and performance.
• Lead infrastructure projects from design through implementation and provide documentation.
