• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues across network, systems, and applications to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to resilient infrastructure design including capacity planning and modernization.
• Implement security controls and best practices to protect critical infrastructure and data.
