Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to evaluate, design, and implement a comprehensive wired and wireless network for the NPS environment. The role focuses on infrastructure, security, testing, and documentation, interfacing with government personnel and vendors.

The candidate will manage network health, patching, and monitoring, with opportunities to contribute to architecture decisions and knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to update JIRA and Wiki pages.
• Experience with RF site surveys and network diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage network infrastructure within the NPS environment.
• Develop and deliver infrastructure documentation.
• Test procedures for new infrastructure projects.
