Job summary

LIGHTERA is seeking a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to support and enhance global network infrastructure across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, data centers, and cloud-connected environments, including LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, switching, and secure remote access.

This role supports modernization initiatives such as Zero Trust/SASE adoption and IT/OT segmentation, working with Juniper and Fortinet platforms and cloud networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including global multi-site environments.
• Senior-level networking certifications (e.g., JNCIS, CCNP) strongly preferred; CCNA or vendor equivalents acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and data centers.
• Implement and manage security controls, SASE/Zero Trust, and IT/OT segmentation projects.
• Lead documentation, standards, runbooks, and change-management aligned delivery.
• Collaborate across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams.
