My3tech is seeking an experienced network engineer to provide day-to-day support, maintenance, documentation, research, analysis, and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure in the Richmond, VA area.

The role involves troubleshooting performance and uptime issues, collaborating with cloud and DevSecOps teams on hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN, and ensuring LAN/WAN design excellence with 8+ years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancers.
8+ years designing, installing, and troubleshooting enterprise LANs and WANs.
8+ years of direct network engineering and network design experience.
8+ years monitoring IT environments for compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, documentation, research, analysis, and implementation of network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues impacting application performance and uptime.
Assist with installation, upgrades, maintenance, and documentation of agency data network infrastructure.
Oversee and collaborate with cloud and DevSecOps teams to optimize hybrid connectivity solutions and SD-WAN environments.
Monitor network performance and maintain operational metrics and reporting.
