Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a Sr. Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network across multiple sites. You will oversee routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and cloud networking for optimal performance and security.

Hybrid role in a collaborative IT environment; responsibilities include security, disaster recovery, and documentation, with mentoring of junior staff and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years enterprise networking experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet and cloud networking platforms.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements, data flows and systems definitions with stakeholders.
• Lead project oversight including risk management, testing, and training.
• Establish and maintain systems access and security.
• Monitor performance and optimize network operations across sites.
• Coordinate updates and replacement of outdated hardware.
• Mentor junior team members and lead project work.
