Job summary

NASCAR seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize a high‑performance, enterprise‑class network that powers our fan experiences and operations across Daytona Beach, FL and Concord, NC. This onsite role emphasizes reliable connectivity, security, and resilience in a fast‑paced sports environment.

You will troubleshoot complex network issues, mentor junior engineers, document architectures, and collaborate with IT teams and partners to ensure performance and uptime

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Network Engineering role.
• CCNA (Required)
• CCNP (Strongly preferred - ENCOR + concentration exam)

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, reliable network operations by following and improving established processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance across data, voice, and wireless networks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network and hardware issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Triage and manage incidents, service requests, and problems from internal customers with timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and design standards.
