Job summary

Peraton seeks a Network Engineer to support the SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance for USSOCOM. The role is onsite at Fort Bragg, NC and focuses on NetOps, network infrastructure, and end-user support across 24x7 operations.

The engineer will design and implement networks, manage security devices, and collaborate with O&M personnel to ensure robust operations and disaster recovery capabilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• DoD security clearance at TS/SCI level required.
• Equivalency: BS + 8 yrs or MS + 6 yrs or HS + 12 yrs or AA + 10 yrs in related field.
• CCNA certification required; DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 441.

Responsibilities

• Test and analyze elements of network facilities and the overall enterprise integration.
• Plan, model, design, install, maintain, and coordinate the network.
• Monitor performance of network resources and diagnose complex issues.
• Keep technical skills updated; study vendor products to meet Government needs.
• Provide guidance to junior network support technicians.
