Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IT Specialist to support the SITEC program at Fort Bragg, NC. The role includes Tier 1–2 network, systems and phone support, administration of routers, switches, VTCs and laptops, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Requires DoD TS/SCI clearance with DoW 8140 compliance (Work Role Code 411) and CCNA; strong troubleshooting, analytic, and communication skills are essential for enterprise and mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with SCI is required.
• DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 411.
• CCNA certification required.
• Fort Bragg, NC location noted in posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 network, systems, and phone support.
• Administer network and communications systems (routers, switches, VTCs, phones, laptops).
• Create monitoring reports and maintain equipment logs; ensure link functionality.
• Coordinate IT administration with networking and systems teams; analyze long-range requirements.
• Prepare technical implementation plans with actions, milestones, timelines and critical paths.
• Research standards to ensure network compliance; support IT systems performance.
• Provide full lifecycle support for LAN/WAN infrastructure; implement and patch systems.
• Provide CSfC kit support and adapt to USSOCOM/DoD networks.
