Qualifications

• Five years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Active TS clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• CCNA certification.
• Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and health of enterprise network resources across multiple enclaves.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network hardware, software, routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems, including support during non-core business hours as required.
• Support network engineering projects and collaborate with tenant agency engineers and stakeholders.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies, including inter-VLAN routing, VRF routing, and HSRP.
• Perform preventative maintenance and lifecycle management activities for network devices.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and support infrastructure enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Security STIGs and cybersecurity requirements.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Research emerging networking technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
