Job summary

Trident Systems in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support an airborne surveillance system for a DoD customer. You will provide expert design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise networks, including Cisco Catalyst 9400/8300, multicast video transport, and virtualized environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or IS or equivalent with experience.
6+ years in networking, TCP/IP, Linux administration.
Active DoD Secret clearance and CCNP Security.
Experience with multicast and video transport over IP.

Responsibilities

Design and operate government network solutions.
Manage secure DoD networks and mission-ready servers.
Engineer multicast-enabled networks for real-time video.
Create system design docs and guides.
Provide input for hardware/software procurement.
