Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union seek a Network Engineer III to design, implement, and optimize our network and telecommunications infrastructure. This role leads in researching new technologies, developing standards, and ensuring secure, reliable network operations while collaborating with IT teams to strengthen business continuity and performance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, 5+ years in network engineering, 2+ years in a service desk environment, Cisco routing &

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, preferred.
5+ years' combined experience in network engineering, including routing, switching, wireless, 802.1x, security, firewall management, disaster recovery and network architecture, required.
2+ Years of experience in a technical support or service desk environment, required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, design, implement, and support enterprise network technologies across campus, data center, wireless, and security.
Monitor network, voice, and firewall performance; identify issues and report outages.
Define configuration standards and drive infrastructure roadmaps and DR planning.
Provide technical assistance to users and ensure SLAs within ITSM.
