Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Network Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network in alignment with business needs. You will work with IT management and the Network Engineer team to deploy and manage networks across data centers and remote sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of network engineering experience, CCNA certification, and hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and SD-WAN technologies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Cisco CCNA certification required.
• Juniper JNCIA or JNCIP preferred.
• Experience with enterprise network hardware, protocols and datacenter operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain IT network infrastructure.
• Manage LAN/WAN, data center and DR locations.
• Monitor network performance for reliability and resource availability.
• Perform network maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software.
• Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and appliances.
• Maintain up-to-date network topology diagrams and docs.
