Job summary

Kaizen Approach is seeking an IT Engineer to develop, implement, maintain, and enhance complex IT systems supporting mission-critical operations. In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team on advanced systems analysis projects, ensuring solutions meet performance and security requirements.

You will review and test IT systems for compliance, document results, and resolve technical issues across hardware and software components, including COTS and GOTS products.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and verify IT systems across hardware, software, and control components.
• Review architectures and models; propose options and business cases for IT decisions.
• Lead large IT engineering projects; manage installations and long-term solutions.
• Interface with leadership and contractors to communicate status and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT system designs and enhancements.
• Coordinate system installations and monitor equipment functionality.
• Create build documentation for system administrators and ensure security compliance.
