Job summary

Office Ally is seeking a Network Engineer to design, manage, and secure our enterprise network spanning data centers, cloud, and offices. You will own Palo Alto firewalls, F5 BIG-IP LTM, DNS, and Ubiquiti-based office networks to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

You will collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams, support SOC 2 and HIPAA controls, and contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and runbooks. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on network engineering in enterprise/multi-site environments.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and PAN-OS including policy management, VPN, and HA configuration.
• Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM including virtual servers, iRules, SSL offload, and health monitors.
• Solid DNS fundamentals and NGINX experience for reverse proxying.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and secure enterprise network infrastructure across data center, cloud, and office environments.
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls, PAN-OS, and Panorama for centralized policy management.
• Manage F5 BIG-IP LTM, SSL offload, iRules, and health monitors.
• Maintain office network with UniFi devices and VLAN segmentation.
• Support SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance through network controls and audit readiness.
• Create and update network runbooks, topology diagrams, and IPAM.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams to deliver reliable network fabric.
