Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware platform issues.
• Working knowledge of enterprise network environments with over 2,500 users.
• Lead technician experience with cross-training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain LAN and WAN technologies.
• Manage virtual private networks and next-generation firewalls.
• Implement network access control designs.
