Job summary

Keyloop is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team in India. You will design, implement, and support enterprise network services across on‑premises and cloud environments, with a focus on high availability and performance for business‑critical systems.

You will troubleshoot complex routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues, and provide second/third‑line support while collaborating with security, cloud, and application teams.

Qualifications

Strong networking fundamentals required (Routing, Switching, Firewalls).
Hands-on experience with Cisco solutions (ASA, FTD, switches, routers, ACS).
Proven ability to set up and troubleshoot VPNs.
CCNP certification preferred.
Experience with AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and operate network infrastructure.
Deliver complex network projects & implementations.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues.
Provide 2nd & 3rd line network support and handle escalations.
Demonstrate deep expertise across Cisco, Meraki, routing & security solutions.
Maintain & upgrade network infrastructure across datacentres (On premises & Cloud).
Ensure all incidents & problems are managed within agreed SLAs.
