Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering, administration, or operations experience.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong hands-on Juniper networking experience.
• Strong AWS networking experience.
• Solid routing and switching fundamentals including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
• Understanding of hybrid-cloud connectivity and network segmentation.
• Ability to take ownership of incidents, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in the New York City / New Jersey area.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, data center, and cloud network infrastructure.
• Engineer and maintain AWS network environments including VPCs, routing, connectivity, DNS, and network segmentation.
• Configure and troubleshoot Juniper and Cisco networking technologies.
• Support high availability, redundancy, failover, and disaster‑recovery connectivity.
• Act as an escalation point for complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network incidents and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements, and data‑center initiatives.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, topology documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on network architecture and operational improvements.
