Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Senior Network Engineer to lead architecture, design, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. The role centers on standardizing on Juniper (Junos) and driving migrations and performance improvements.

You will mentor engineers, own complex network solutions end-to-end, and serve as the escalation point for critical issues while ensuring high availability and security across all network services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise network architectures.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewall environments.
• Architect scalable, secure network solutions across multiple sites.
• Lead standardization and migration onto Juniper (Junos) platform across sites.
• Oversee incident response, root-cause analysis, and outages.
• Define monitoring, capacity planning, and availability strategies.
