Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field with 5+ years of networking experience, or 7+ years without a degree
• 5+ years in enterprise networking or cloud and GPU networks
• Layer-1 experience including DWDM, optical fiber, circuit troubleshooting
• Hands-on deployment of networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure and deployments to Top Secret data centers
• Design high-speed copper and optical connectivity for AI clusters (100k+ GPU scale)
• Collaborate with ML teams to map workload patterns to interconnect topology
• Contribute to rapid deployment tools (ZTP/custom provisioning)
• Improve network performance and reliability through capacity planning and monitoring
• Assist in capacity augmentation and network optimization
• Lead network integration and troubleshooting
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence
