Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in network engineering across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Cisco equipment and Fortinet security infrastructure.
• CCNP or Fortinet/FCP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across remote and international sites.
• Administer Cisco switching/routing and Fortinet firewalls and wireless infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and global WANs.
• Monitor network health and performance using tools like SolarWinds.
• Perform firmware upgrades, security patches, and configuration changes per change management.
• Maintain network diagrams, topology, and configuration records.
• Support security, reliability, scalability, and standardization enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, cloud operations, and IT teams on projects.
• Serve as escalation point for network incidents and outages.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 availability.
