Location: Remote (100%)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis on network solutions for approximately 100 SaaS products
• Modernize network solutions supporting critical SaaS products
• Implement Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) across all SaaS products
• Improve documentation quality and governance related to network infrastructure
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operations of network components and services
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security best practices and Ework’s internal standards
• Clearly communicate complex networking concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven technical leadership in networking within cross-functional and multicultural environments
• Experience designing highly available (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) network architectures
• Fortigate firewall administration
• BGP routing
• MPLS, VPN/SSLVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, and other network protocols
• Experience with Fortigate API for automation
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing)
• Familiarity with cloud network technologies in Azure and AWS:
• AWS VPC and related services
• Good understanding of modern IT security practices and architecture patterns
