Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our elite Cyber & Analytics team supporting mission-critical national security programs. You will lead advanced network design, troubleshooting, and optimization from a centralized environment, mentoring junior engineers and shaping network strategy.

The role requires CCNA/CCNP, TS/SCI with Polygraph, and 12–15 years of experience. On-site work in Laurel, with competitive compensation and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of network engineering experience or equivalent in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for junior engineers.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll play a key role on a high‑visibility, fast‑paced program supporting multiple organizations from a centralized environment. You’ll tackle complex challenges, influence network strategy, and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading advanced network troubleshooting and problem resolution

What You Bring

• 12‑15 years of network engineering experience (or equivalent expertise)
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
• Strong experience in network design, optimization, and security
• CCNA and CCNP certifications required
• Proven ability to lead technical efforts and mentor teams

Security Clearance Requirement

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $116,350.00 – $210,325.00
