Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Network Development Engineering team responsible for OCI's global network infrastructure. You will guide design, deployment, automation, and operations at massive scale, mentoring engineers and shaping the technology roadmap.

You will collaborate across programs to set milestones, develop runbooks, and drive efficiency while championing automation and innovative solutions for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale cloud, service provider, or hyperscale network environments.
• 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership capacity, with experience leading network teams.
• Strong technical expertise in networking protocols, cloud networking, datacenter networking, network fabrics, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with AI/ML, GPU, HPC, and high-performance network environments.
• Experience with network automation, software development, scripting, and infrastructure automation technologies.
• Experience driving hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, design, and operational best practices.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Network Development Engineering team for OCI's global network.
• Design, deploy, and operate network fabric and systems with automation.
• Develop and implement automation for production environments.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence, innovation, and learning.
• Drive network roadmaps and long-term infrastructure strategy.
