Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Network Engineering Coordinator to lead network readiness for large-scale manufacturing deployments. You will coordinate across engineering, planning, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure and successful production launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN and wireless infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network readiness activities for manufacturing project launches.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Network Engineering, Network Planning, Network Operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Ensure network infrastructure (switches, wireless APs, cellular systems, cabling) is installed and configured.
• Coordinate provisioning of network devices and systems.
• Validate end-to-end functionality of network infrastructure.
• Support system integration across wired and wireless environments.
• Coordinate testing and validation before production launch.
• Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify project risks and delays; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
