Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise network transformations across healthcare delivery environments, including hospital campuses, clinics, data centers, and hybrid cloud connectivity. The role combines hands-on engineering, site assessments, NOC support, and automation to move toward a self-healing infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, own change management for switch and firewall updates, and work with ServiceNow CMDB and discovery tools like

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years hands-on enterprise network engineering, with 3+ years in lead roles.
Deep Cisco networking expertise: routing, switching, wireless, security.
Cisco ACI certification required.
Experience with two or more firewall platforms: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point.

Responsibilities

Lead site-by-site network discovery across LAN, WAN, wireless, and data centers.
Operate discovery tools to build standardized inventories and topology datasets.
Analyze topology, IP addressing, routing, redundancy, and HA posture.
Review and improve security controls, including firewall hygiene and hybrid alert routing.
Contribute to vulnerability review and change management across locations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide Tier 3 escalation support.
